Steamsuit... the Aluminum man!

So: I drew this picture maybe a year ago using a variety of brushes and airbrush ink (and a split barbecue skewer as a pen -which worked better than any of my pens) and wanted to jazz it up a bit... but the more colour I add the less I like the image. Anyway judge for yourself which do you prefer:
